A comprehensive data analysis project aimed at evaluating bike sales performance over a 3-year period. The project includes identifying product trends, analyzing revenue anomalies, and performing customer segmentation using the RFM model to generate actionable strategic business recommendations.

  • Analyzed $7.6M in historical sales data from 1,445 customers to assess business performance and uncover insights.

  • Identified top 2 product categories (Mountain & Road Bikes) contributing >60% of total revenue to guide inventory & marketing focus.

  • Detected a major revenue anomaly in May 2018, revealing potential B2B opportunity or replicable campaign success.

  • Implemented RFM segmentation to classify customers into actionable groups (Champions, At Risk, etc.), enabling personalized marketing.

  • Delivered 3 strategic recommendations: product optimization, segment-based personalization, and anomaly investigation to boost retention & future growth.
