About The Project
This project aims to analyze the relationship between the allocation and realization of Transfer to Regions and Village Funds (TKDD) and their impact on the quality of life across various provinces in Indonesia. The main focus is on the correlation between fund absorption and the 2023 Human Development Index (HDI) as an indicator of societal well-being.
Tools & Libraries : Python, Google Colab, Pandas, Numpy, Seaborn, Matplotlib.
Achievements
Discovered key insights on the relationship between regional funding and human development by identifying poverty rate as the strongest negative predictor of HDI (-0.69).
Revealed that TKDD budget realization had limited impact on HDI (correlation 0.35), indicating the need for deeper policy evaluation.
Executed a complete EDA workflow using real government data from 38 provinces, enhancing understanding of development effectiveness.
